Overview

Between 2023–2024, I led and launched People of Data, a podcast series that spotlighted leaders in the data space from companies like Nike, Financial Times, Farfetch, and more. The goal was to build a thought leadership pipeline and strengthen brand positioning within the data community.

What I Did

  1. Owned end-to-end podcast operations across two full seasons

  2. Shortlisted and invited 15+ senior data leaders as guests

  3. Coordinated recordings, edits, and publishing via Riverside & HubSpot

  4. Wrote episode descriptions, social copy, and newsletter plugs

  5. Created supporting content across LinkedIn and email

  6. Partnered with internal SMEs and design team for promotion

  7. Tracked listens, click-throughs, and SQL conversions

Results

  1. 1,000+ organic listens across both seasons

  2. 100% episode completion rate for top 5 episodes

  3. Strengthened brand affinity among data decision-makers

  4. Warm leads and demo requests generated via guest + listener referrals
